Financial Institutions should complete this application/agreement during the 2008-2010 biennium to become eligible for deposit of public funds.

Trustee Agreement
Financial Institutions should complete this agreement for securities held as collateral by an eligible trustee.  This agreement is between the financial institution, the trustee and the Treasurer.
Note: eligible trustees can be obtained by the Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions.
