Sara M. Morell Mendiola is an Audit Manager for Charles E. Harris and Associates, Inc. and has been with the firm since 2012. Bryan Kostura is a trial attorney located in the Cleveland office. He represents both publicly traded and private companies in civil litigation matters. As a prior prosecutor and defender for the United States Army, he has handled multiple criminal cases involving theft, waste and abuse. His trial practice includes banking litigation, commercial and business disputes and contract litigation. In addition, he provides day-to-day legal advice on contracts, negotiations, and advice on risk analysis and litigation avoidance strategies. Bryan has also advised and defended clients on white collar criminal and investigatory matters. Most recently, he was appointed by Geauga County as Special Prosecutor to investigate the former Geauga County Auditor.

Philip Angelo is an Associate
Director with Huntington’s public finance group. Since joining Huntington
in 2016, Mr. Angelo has been on the financing team for over 70 transactions
with a total par amount of over $7 billion. Mr. Angelo’s main focus is on
economic development, as he seeks to leverage public incentives to lower the
overall cost of capital to finance various projects. Prior to joining
Huntington, Mr. Angelo spent over 8 years in the public sector, with time spent
at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, the U.S. Agency for
International Development, and Cuyahoga County (Cleveland, Ohio). Mr. Angelo
received his Law degree and Master in Public Administration from Cleveland
