Stacie Scholl has worked for the Auditor of State’s Office for 22 years, and is currently an Chief Auditor for the Central Region which encompasses fifteen counties in Central Ohio.  The Auditor of State is one of the largest and most respected Governmental Accounting and Auditing organizations in the country.  Stacie has extensive experience auditing local governments such as school districts, cities, counties, and townships.  As the Chief Auditor of the Central Region, Stacie oversees the Central Region’s audit staff to ensure the goals and responsibilities of the Auditor of State’s Office are carried out while providing audit services.   Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in accounting and business management from Ashland University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Stacie, her husband Daniel, and her three children, Rebecca, Kayleen, and William, reside in Centerburg, Ohio

Nicole began her tenure as Treasurer of the Springfield City School District on March 1, 2018, after serving as the District’s Controller for five years.  Prior to her position as controller she served as a Principal in the Government Services Group of Clark, Schaefer & Hackett. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Wright State University, is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and has 20 years of experience in government finance.

Nicole has prepared the CAFR for the Springfield City School District since fiscal year 2013 and received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association and the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Association of School Business Officials for all six years.

Mike Sobul has been the Treasurer of the Granville schools since November 2011.  Prior to joining the district, he was the Section Chief for Forecasting and Special Projects at the Tax Analysis Division of the Ohio Department of Taxation.  He had served at the Department of Taxation from December 1986 until his retirement in July 2011. Prior to joining the Department of Taxation, Mike served for two and one-half years as research associate at the Urban Center at Cleveland State University and two years as a budget analyst for the city of Cleveland.  

Mike received his B.A. from Wittenberg University in 1980 and his Masters of Public Policy from the University of Michigan in 1982.

He holds both a Master’s degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ohio University.
