Eric Ochmanek is the Director of Special Projects in the Office of the Ohio Treasurer. Eric has served in the office since 2015, previously as Deputy Chief of Staff. He helped build the nation’s first ABLE platform, an impactful savings and investment program for people with disabilities. He has traveled the country to raise awareness and built partnerships for ABLE since early 2016. Eric currently focuses on increasing participation for Treasury initiatives, generating program enhancements, and representing the office at public engagements. Prior to joining the Treasurer’s Office, he worked for British Petroleum in the Gulf Coast and for the Federal Government in Washington, D.C. Eric was born and raised in Michigan, and now resides with his wife, Claire, and three young sons in Ohio.

Jonathan Azoff is the Director of the Office of Debt Management and Senior Counsel with the Ohio Treasurer’s office. In that capacity, he manages the debt issuance process for the various general obligation, revenue, and special obligations for which the Treasurer serves as the issuing authority. He also oversees the servicing of the State’s approximately $10.5 billion debt portfolio.
Jonathan is an advisory board member of the National Association of State Treasurers—State Debt Management Network. Prior to joining the State, he was an attorney with the law firm of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Jonathan earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from Tulane University.

Dusten is the IT Director for the Ohio Treasurer’s Office and has nearly 20 years of experience in technology and project management. In his position, Dusten manages all aspects of the IT department including daily operations, website initiatives, internal & external security controls, cybersecurity, and vendor management. Before the Ohio Treasurer of State’s office, Dusten worked in project management at Nationwide Insurance and as Network Technology & Security Officer and Chief Information Officer at the Ohio House of representatives.

Jason Headings holds a B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Finance from Miami University, Richard T. Farmer School of Business and is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT). He has over 12 years of investment experience. As Portfolio Manager of the Meeder Money Market Fund, he has been recognized with the Money Fund Intelligence Award by Crane Data in 2012 and 2013 and the “Top Manager Award” from iMoneyNet in 2011 and 2014. Each of those years the Fund ranked highest in the United States amongst all prime retail money market funds. He is an instructor at various educational seminars.

Mr. Laskey is a Director in the Cincinnati, Ohio Municipal Finance office of RBC Capital Markets and has worked at RBC Capital Markets since July of 2006. Andrew has worked with hundreds of local governmental entities throughout Ohio on debt offerings including school districts, cities, counties, townships as well as the State of Ohio. Additionally, Andrew has presented at numerous conferences on a variety of topics related to municipal bond issues and the bond underwriting process.
Andrew currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Municipal Advisory Council, a repository of statistical information relating to Ohio municipal issuers and their securities. Mr. Laskey formerly served on the Board of Trustees for Clovernook Center for the Blind in Cincinnati but remains actively involved in the organization.
Andrew attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors-PLUS business program. He is a Registered Securities Representative, registered with the NASD and SEC.

Marc Kamer handles a wide variety of project financings for traditional governmental purposes, like roads and bridges, and tax-exempt financings for 501(c)(3) organizations such as healthcare providers, institutions of higher education and public and private K-12 schools.
Marc's experience also includes authoring legislation relating to finance and construction initiatives and amendments to modernize existing finance and construction programs. He also devotes a substantial amount of his time to economic development (tax incentives, tax abatements and tax increment financing), as well as energy-related transactions. He has represented parties on P3 transactions including design-build-finance-operate-maintain agreements and related alternative project delivery/finance models for infrastructure projects.

Jennifer Day is the Chief of Operations in Ohio Treasurer Robert Sprague’s office. She served in the same position for 8 years under Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel. Prior to taking this position, she was the Chief of the Crime Victims Assistance and Prevention section under Attorney General Richard Cordray. Jennifer has 20 years of treasury operational management experience and has previously served as Director of Revenue Management. She has worked under five different state treasurers in Ohio.
Before coming to work for the State of Ohio, Jennifer was an Assistant Prosecutor in Hamilton County and served as the Chief Assistant of the Family Law Division for 8 years.
