His duties include the daily management of UACC’s client portfolios, executing trades, and participating in the development of the firm’s overall fixed-income strategies. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining the performance records for the firm and conducting market research. Jonathan Azoff is the Director of the Office of Debt Management and Senior Counsel with the Ohio Treasurer’s office. In that capacity, he manages the debt issuance process for the various general obligation, revenue, and special obligations for which the Treasurer serves as the issuing authority. He also oversees the servicing of the State’s approximately $10.5 billion debt portfolio.
Jonathan is an advisory board member of the National Association of State Treasurers—State Debt Management Network. Prior to joining the State, he was an attorney with the law firm of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Jonathan earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from Tulane University.

Mr. Laskey is a Director in the Cincinnati, Ohio Municipal Finance office of RBC Capital Markets and has worked at RBC Capital Markets since July of 2006. Andrew has worked with hundreds of local governmental entities throughout Ohio on debt offerings including school districts, cities, counties, townships as well as the State of Ohio. Additionally, Andrew has presented at numerous conferences on a variety of topics related to municipal bond issues and the bond underwriting process.

Zach Prouty serves as the Assistant Manager of Treasury Services in the Office of Ohio Treasurer Robert Sprague. Treasury Services assists in managing the state’s banking relationships, providing operational oversight to various divisions within the office, and management of certain special projects. Zach has been in this role since January 2019.
He previously spent five years working in various legislative roles in the administration of former Governor John Kasich, including positions at the Ohio Department of Commerce, Ohio Department of Administrative Services, and the Governor’s Office.

Charlotte resides in Gnadenhutten, Ohio and holds a strong background in population health management. She previously
worked at the Army Wellness Center in Fort Bragg, NC as a health promotion technician before joining Huntington Insurance
in the fall of 2016.
As a Wellness Product Specialist, Charlotte works with clients to develop and maintain wellness programs while monitoring

Tom Walsh is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the financial services industry. He currently serves as SVP, Treasury Management Innovations.
In this capacity, Mr. Walsh has had a primary focus on development and deployment of healthcare revenue cycle solutions, and is now leading the exploration of distributed ledger, or blockchain technology at PNC.
