Public Finance Officers Training Program.  The annual Training Program is conducted in conjunction with the National Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada.  Completion of the three year training program completes APT US&C's education requirements for the CPFA.  We also offer ACPFA, CPIM, CPE, CLE, and FIA hours.  Our program includes topics such as Investment strategies, Revenue Collections, Ethics, Debt Management, Public budgeting and Government Accounting just to name a few.  Registration and program agenda are available on our website.  The Ohio Association of Public Treasurers offers scholarships for members with limited training budgets in order to attend the Ohio Public Finance Officers Training Program.  To qualify for a scholarship, you must be a member of OAPT.
