She is a member of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and the AICPA. Heidi first joined the OTA in 2000 as the Governmental Affairs Associate and worked her way up to Executive Director beginning January 2020. Known as the “Township Lady,” Heidi is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization and reports to the OTA Board of Directors. She frequently contributes to Association publications and routinely presents at educational events and county township association meetings.
Heidi graduated from Muskingum College in 1998 with a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to joining the OTA, she served as a Legislative Aide to a member of the Ohio General Assembly. Heidi lives in Bennington Township (Licking Co.) with her husband, Bret, and two dogs - Lady & Ice. She enjoys cheering on the Columbus Blue Jackets, taking rides on the back of her husband’s Harley, quilting, and traveling.

She is a member for the Memorial Health Foundation board and is a past member of the Union County YMCA Board of Directors. She is a member of the Association of Government Accountants, (AGA) and Union County’s Republican Central Committee. Finally, she is a 2012 graduate of Union County’s Leadership program and a 2014 graduate of the JoAnn Davidson Leadership Institute. Andrea served as the elected County Recorder in Mercer County, Ohio from 1997-2000. Andrea earned a BS, Accountancy from Miami University and an MBA, Finance from St. Francis University. She earned the professional designation of Assessment Administration Specialist, AAS from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) in 2012. She lives in Marysville with her husband Dave and has 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren.

As a former debt management analyst at the State of Ohio’s Office of Budget & Management Debt Management Division, Larry has in-depth knowledge of Ohio’s fiscal processes. In this role, he coordinated capital funding for state agencies and departments, drafted capital and operating appropriation bills and maintained the state’s official investor disclosure document.
