Industry Experience Travis has an extensive loss control background and designed the loss control protocols for the field risk managers. He and his department provide extensive risk management services to our public entity and educational institution clients. 
 
Clients Travis has worked with hundreds of municipal and school clients including:  City of Ann Arbor (MI); University of Michigan; Cuyahoga County (OH); City of Canton (OH); Toledo Area Metroparks; Sinclair Community College (OH) and the City of Huntington (IN). 
 
Education and Accreditations Travis earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio.  In addition, he is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) and a Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM).

Greg Gilliam is Claims Manager with Schools of Ohio Risk Sharing Authority (SORSA), located in Dublin, Ohio. Mr. Gilliam oversees and handles the full line of property-casualty claims on behalf of its pool members. Prior to joining SORSA, Mr. Gilliam was the Claims Supervisor for the County Risk Sharing Authority (CORSA). In this position, Mr. Gilliam supervised a staff of claims professionals handling the full line of property-casualty claims for the largest public entity risk pool in Ohio.

His claims experience includes general liability and public officials error and omissions coverage, police liability insurance coverage, commercial lines insurance coverage, school districts liability, property and inland marine insurance coverage; in addition to the related claims and litigation for all. He is involved in complex litigation associated with the public sector, and skilled in mediation and alternative dispute resolutions. He also has been a contributor in developing coverage documents, as well as serving on multi-state coverage and risk management committees with insurance education organizations.
