Prior to joining Sudsina & Associates Mike was the Interim City Manager for the City of Huron, Ohio. In that role he served as the Chief Executive Officer oof the city overseeing and directing the operations of a 54-employee full-service municipality with a $24 million annual budget. He previously served as the assistant city manager where he directed all economic development activities of the city and provided complex administrative, financial, and technical support to all city departments to ensure the operational health of the organization. Mike directly managed all planning, zoning, and development activities and served as staff liaison to all Zoning Boards (Planning Commission, Design Review Board, Board of Building and Zoning Appeals). During his tenure at the city, he also provided technical support to the Finance Department in capacity as the Assistant Finance Director.
Mike received a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Dayton. During his studies at Dayton, he served as a Graduate Assistant in the Political Science Department and gained practical experience as a Management Assistant for the City of Centerville. He also has a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University with a minor in General Business. Mike has attained the Governmental Accounting Certificate from University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government. He has passed the Series 50 exam for Municipal Advisors.

Tony Okray currently serves as Senior Vice President Government Banking Relationship Manger for Huntington Bank in the Summit, Stark, Portage and Medina County Ohio markets. He provides day-to-day direct support for government clients within his assigned areas. Previously he had worked for FirstMerit bank as Vice President -Team Leader in the Treasury Management Department. Tony joined FirstMerit in 1999 after a combined seven years in retail and commercial banking with Star, FirstStar, and US Bank.
Tony is also very active in volunteer activities, including Jr. Achievement, local clubs and boards and has dedicated numerous hours to youth coaching in Baseball, Basketball, Softball and Soccer.

Peggy Bronson is part of Huntington’s Commercial Card product team. She is part of a 5 person team who are subject matter expects when it comes to Huntington’s Commercial Card program. She is a CPCP, Certified Purchase Card Professional , which she earned from The National Association of Purchase Card Providers. Peggy was part of Huntington’s pilot to launch both the card program back in 2013 and then made recommendations of possible pilot customers to help Huntington test their new enhancement virtual cards last summer.

Sara M. Costanzo is a shareholder in the Cleveland office of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., where her responsibilities include managing multiple practice groups, one of which is government collections and litigation. She also handles a variety of complex consumer and commercial collections. Aaron is an expert on matters of group benefits and retirement planning. He has earned his Life, Health and Welfare License as well as his Securities License becoming consultant and broker in both arenas. He now has nearly 20 years of experience in benefits risk management and retirement plan management specializing in the technical aspects of both of his disciplines. Specifically, Aaron develops strategies to support the design, structure, and implementation of Corporate Benefit and Retirement Programs. He is currently a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and continues his studies through the Wharton School of Management and UCLA. Bob Meaker is the Regional Income Tax Agency’s Chief of Tax Operations. Bob overseas all aspects of the agency’s tax administration and processing operations at RITA’s Brecksville headquarters and four satellite offices. Prior to joining RITA in August of 2013, Bob was the Assistant Tax Administrator for Cleveland’s Central Collection Agency. He has over 25 years of experience in the municipal income tax field. Stacie is a State Accounting Manager 3 for the Ohio Office of Budget and Management (OBM). Jeremy Iosue has extensive experience in labor relations, employment defense, and day-to-day employment counsel. In particular, Mr. Iosue has worked as a management side labor and employment attorney for public sector entities and private companies. Further, Mr. Iosue has worked with dozens of entities including small and large corporations, Cities and other Municipalities, County Sheriffs, County Commissioners, and Public Libraries. Mr. Iosue primarily operates as the lead labor negotiator and employment defense counsel for these organizations. Susan Willeke is an accomplished government - relations professional with more than 20 years’ experience in public affairs, communication and public speaking. Susan joined the Ohio Ethics Commission in 2005 as the Education and Communications Manager where she oversees and conducts educational and communication outreach. In that position, Susan presents approximately 200 speeches annually, develops information strategies regarding agency programs and represents the Ethics Commission to Ohio citizens, the media and the Ohio legislature. Prior to joining the Commission, Susan served in the communications office at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and as a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives.
